It is reported by the learned advocates for the respective parties under the instruction from their respective clients that parties have settled the dispute amicably and appellant husband has agreed to pay Rs.5,51,000/- to the respondent wife within a period of three months towards permanent alimony and both the parties have agreed to separate. It is also stated that even the dispute with respect to the custody of the minor son-visiting right by the wife have also been agreed between the parties. It is stated that virtually all the disputes between the parties have settled, however the same is required to be placed on record with the signature of the respective parties. Hence, stand over to 11th June 2012.
