Present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for 45 days for treatment of his father. In the application itself, it is mentioned that in the month of May, 2012 being Criminal Misc. Application No.5729 of 2012 was rejected and he was advised to avail furlough leave.
In view of above, the application is rejected.
