1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents and, gone through the entire record.
2. This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with the following reliefs:-
i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to release the leave encashment amount Rs.6,91,390/- including Gratuity amount Rs.10,00,000/- and arrears of D.A. amount Rs.32,386/- and remaining pension amount 32936/- for the month June 2019 of the petitioner alongwith interest @ 18% per annum.
ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature which this Hon'ble High Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, in favour of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner retired on 31st May, 2019 from the post of Computer on attaining the age of superannuation; his retiral dues, including the gratuity, leave encashment and D.A. etc., including the pension, have not been paid.

Mr. Rishabh Kapoor, the learned counsel for the respondents-Jal Nigam, submits that the Jal Nigam is facing a huge financial problem; the State is ceased of the matter to release the funds so that the Jal Nigam may overcome its financial crunch. Mr. Kapoor further submits that the Jal Nigam will make endavour to settle the retiral dues of the petitioner in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment within four months.
5. Considering the aforesaid submission of leaned counsel for the respondents-Jal Nigam, this petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondents to pay the retiral dues to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date certified copy of this order is received.
