Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2021 This is an application for correction in the order dated 21.10.2021 passed in Application U/S 482 No. 13505 of 2021.
Heard and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the fifth line of third paragraph and fourth line of eleventh paragraph of the original order dated 21.10.2021, the name 'Mahindra' may be corrected as 'Manindra'.
Accordingly, order dated 21.10.2021 is corrected to the extent that in the fifth line of third paragraph and fourth line of eleventh paragraph, the name 'Mahindra' be read as 'Manindra'.
This order shall form part of the order dated 21.10.2021.
