Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of respondent No.4 in issuing show cause notice vide Rc.No.G/1048/2014, dated 08-09-2014, directing the petitioner to show cause why his authorization in respect of fair price shop No.48 of Parkal Village should not be cancelled in view of his election as the Member of Ward No.1 of Nagar Panchayat of Parkal, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to set aside the same.”
After arguing the case, Mr.K.Ananda Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition as no order adverse to the petitioner’s interests has been passed so far by respondent No.4. The learned Counsel, however, requested that liberty be given to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, in the event any such adverse order is passed.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.40548 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
