Respondent (HCGP-Absent) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.246/2018 of Suryanagar Police Station, Bangalore District for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 511, 411, 417, 420 of IPC.
This petition is coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER The petitioner along with seven others is facing trial in C.C.No.1310/2018 on the file of Principal Civil Judge and JMFC at Anekal, for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 511, 411, 417 and 420 IPC on the basis of charge sheet filed by Suryanagar Police in Crime No.246/2018 of their police station.
2. It was alleged that on 22.06.2018 at 5.45 a.m., near Chandapur Circle on Bengaluru-Hosur Road, the petitioner and other accused attempted to commit theft of car of CW.1 and he was assaulted and apprehended by the public.
3. The petitioner approached this Court for bail in Criminal Petition No.6120/2018. This Court considering the petition on merits dismissed the same on 02.11.2018. In this petition the petitioner has suppressed the earlier order passed in Criminal Petition No.6120/2018. That order was passed after charge sheet was filed in the case.
4. There is no changed circumstance to reconsider the matter. Therefore, the petition is dismissed.
