THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned HCGP for the Respondent –State. Perused the records.
A careful perusal of the FIR and the Medical Certificate reveals that, the complainant has suffered some fracture. Investigation is at the threshold.
In the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner in my opinion, is not entitled for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. However, he is at liberty to move the concerned Court with an application for Regular Bail and in such an eventuality the concerned Court shall dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible.
