JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 22.02.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners. Therefore, it was directed to be listed today under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today also there is no representation T.MATHIVANAN, J., ssn for the petitioners. Hence, this Court presumes that the petitioners have not evinced any interest to prosecute the petition.
2. Keeping in view of the above fact, there is no other go for this Court excepting to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
