JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police and his officials not to harass the Petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was called for enquiry in respect of a complaint pending against the petitioner and that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He further submitted that when the petitioner refused to receive the closure report, the same was fixed in the door of the petitioner's house. He produced copy of the report received from the VAO dated 18.12.2015, to that effect.
5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
