Respondents PETITION under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for a direction to place before the High Court the consideration reports which were directed by the Supreme Court to be maintained, vide its judgment reported in (2014) 5 SCC 108; to institute disciplinary action against the respective Home Secretaries of Puduchery & Tamilnadu for insubordination, dereliction of duty and violation of Article 144, by disobeying the Supreme Court judgement for 3.3 years till today (3.4.17) and to obey the judgement of the Supreme Court reported in (2014) 5 SCC 108, vis-a-vis SC 94/05 of Puducherry Sessions Court and its still-born unregistered appeal.

4. Accordingly, the captioned Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the SR stage itself.
