The petitioners vehicle was seized in connection with transportation of sand without any valid documents. The petitioner has since preferred Ext.P1 application before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent to consider his application for release of the vehicle .

2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 application preferred by the petitioner for release of the vehicle within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
