Heard the counsel for the petitioners.
The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that no decision is being taken by the revenue authorities on the application filed by the petitioners under Section 26 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006.
The petitioners may make a fresh representation before the Tehsildar under Section 26 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 bringing to his notice the necessary facts who shall decide the said representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
