(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) When the dictation in the matter started, learned counsel for the appellant was not present. However, before the judgment could be completed, learned counsel for the appellant came and argued the matter. But by clerical error, a mistake has occurred in the first line of paragraph 1 of the judgment wherein it is stated that "Though board has been revised, none appears for the appellant". The said mistake is required to be corrected and hence, first sentence of paragraph 1 of the judgment may be corrected and the same will now read as "We have heard learned counsel for the appellant".
With the above correction, the note for speaking to minutes is accordingly disposed of.
