Heard Ms.Sudha R.Gangwar, learned advocate for the petitioners. It is submitted by her that the Principal Secretary (Appeals) has, in his order dated 07.09.2011, wrongly mentioned the entries with regard to the land of the petitioners, as being Entries Nos.4308 and 9984, whereas, the entry under challenge is Entry No.5756. It is further submitted that the petitioners have nothing to do with Entries Nos.4308 and 9984. Further, it is contended that no case of the petitioners is pending before the Collector, as stated in the impugned order.
