Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the investigation in the instant matter has already been completed and a police report has been forwarded to the concerned Public Prosecutor for submitting the same as per Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the court competent.
Looking to this aspect of the matter, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ with a direction to the respondents to file the police report expeditiously as far as possible preferably within a period of 10 days from today.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
