[1] The applicant has preferred this application for grant of parole leave for 30 days on the ground that operation of wife of the applicant is to be performed.
[2] Considering above facts, and having heard learned advocate for the petitioner and considering the overall facts and circumstances, the applicant is granted parole leave for a period of (2) two days, from 28.03.2012 on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five Thousand Only) on the usual terms and conditions and to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on completion of the period of parole leave, the applicant shall surrender in time before the jail authority on 29.03.2012.
[3] With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is partly allowed. Direct service is permitted.
