Issue notice to respondent No.2.
This petition arises out of proceedings in case no. 949 of 2017 (State Vs. Manish Tiwari and others) arising out of case crime no. 118 of 2017 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P Act Police Station Sarai Mamrej District Allahabad. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is probability of settlement between the parties through Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad. He also submits that the petitioner is ready and is willing to deposit an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- within a month from today.
It is informed to the Court that the petitioner is having examination on 10th February, 2019. In view thereof it is provided that he will appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Allahabad on 18.2.2019.
The Mediation Centre shall proceed with the case aforesaid and conclude the same on 27.3.2019.
On appearance of wife before the mediation centre, the aforesaid amount deposited, shall be released in favour of respondent wife-Neetu.
Till 27.3.2019 no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
Put up this case on 27.3.2019.
In case petitioner fails to deposit the amount within a month from today interim order granted shall automatically discharged.
