The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.10.2020 passed in Writ A No.8651 of 2020 (Manisha Singh Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others).
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions received from the office of the opposite party was placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. It is informed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with. Therefore no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
