1. Petitioner is challenging communication dated 24.10.2017 and this writ petition has been filed at the end of May, 2018. In our view, cause of action of present writ petition is also within the jurisdiction of State Public Service Tribunal and petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of filing claim petition under Section 4 of U.P. Public Services Tribunal Act, 1976.
2. Neither learned counsel for petitioner could dispute aforesaid availability of statutory alternative remedy nor could substantiate any argument so as not to relegate petitioner to avail aforesaid statutory alternative remedy.
3. In view thereof, writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
