Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Case No. 688 of 2015 within a stipulated period.
The order-sheet of the case, at page 42, reflects that, on 12.09.2017, the case was dismissed for non-prosecution.
There is nothing on record to show that the matter was, thereafter, restored.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
In case the matter has been restored, it shall be open to the petitioner to apply to the concerned court for expediting the proceeding.
