The accused of Sessions Trial No.216 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No.37 of 2016 u/s 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Tarwan, District Azamgarh, has filed the instant petition praying for a direction to the trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial.
It is urged that statement of PW-1 has already been recorded and only one prosecution witness is left to be examined.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year.
