1. Petitioner seeks injunction against certain constructions allegedly being raised on his private property by respondent nos. 5 to 7 (who are private respondents) and respondent no.8.
2. While, no such relief may be granted in writ jurisdiction, it is also not possible to confer any jurisdiction to exercise quasi judicial power on administrative authority as has been suggested by learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is misconceived and hence dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach appropriate judicial forum for his grievance.
