The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed for direction in complaint Case No. 218 of 2018, under Section- 12 of The Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station- Civil Line District- Meerut pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 04, Meerut.
Submission is that present application filed under Section 12 of The Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005 is pending since 09.01.2018 and not being decided by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 04, Meerut.
This application is disposed of by directing the courts below to decide the complaint Case No. 218 of 2018, filed under Section 12 of The Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction the application stands
disposed of.
