Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that Case No. 27 of 2018 (Smt. Mani Mittal Vs. Archit Mittal) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending before the Family Court, Meerut and not being decided.
The opposite party No.2 has already put in appearance and has filed objection.
This application is disposed off directing the court below to pass an appropriate order in the aforesaid case within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
