JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for State.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the election to the Office of Gram Pradhan held on 26.04.2021 relating to Village Jethauti, Kurmiyan, Pargana- Dariyabad, Tehsil- Ramsanehighat, District- Barabanki and has demanded re-election.
If the petitioner has any grievance with respect to elections and has locus in the matter the remedy is to file an election petition under Section 12-C of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act.
This writ petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
