Grievance is that petitioner had submitted objection to the answer key published, by registered letter dated 12.6.2018, for appointment to the post of Sub-Inspector (Civil Police)/Platoon Commander/PAC/Fire services. Submission is that the objection of the petitioner has not been considered so far and the result has not been declared.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that in case objection of the petitioner has not been considered so far, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to accord consideration to petitioner's objection contained in Annexure-8 to the writ petition, unless the same has already been decided, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In case objection has already been decided, petitioner shall be informed of the decision taken on his objection.
