The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by the fact that the representation dated 18.1.2021 which he had filed before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate-respondent no.4 for being appointed as a fair price shop dealer under the prevailing Government Order was not being decided.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the representation filed by the petitioner on 18.1.2021 be looked into by the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj and be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
