The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge-sheet dated 15.11.2017 and cognizance order 06.03.2018 as well as entire proceeding of Case No.1078 of 2018, State Vs. Manish and another, arising out Case Crime No.298 of 2017, under Sections 420 IPC and Section 66 of I.T. Act, Police Station Noida Sector-24, District Gautam Budh Nagar pending in the court of Additional Judicial Magistrate, Court no.1, Gautam Buddh Nagar pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Bareilly, District Bareilly.
This application is disposed of with a liberty to the applicants to move a discharge application before the court below to raise all the grievances, which are raised in this application.
