1. Sri Shambhavi Nandan, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, on instruction, submits that prayers made in this writ petition are not pressed and seeks liberty to approach the authorities concerned by way of filing appropriate application under Section 21 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for ventilation of his grievance.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents, has no objection to the aforesaid request.
3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty, as prayed for.
