In view of the office report dated 19.04.2018, service of notice upon the petitioner to engage another counsel is deemed sufficient.
Learned standing counsel is present.
Even on merit, I do not find any substance in the writ petition. Therefore, it is dismissed. Stay order, if any, is vacated.
Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move a recall application within 30 days, if he thinks that there is any merit in the writ petition.
