JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that application under Section 13(b) of Hindu Marriage Act has been allowed and two days' time may be granted to him for filing supplementary affidavit enclosing the same.
Accordingly, list this case on 01.11.2021.
In the meantime, learned counsel for the applicants may file supplementary affidavit enclosing the judgment and order passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow under Section 13(b) of Hindu Marriage Act.
