Heard Sri Suraj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anand Kumar Srivastava, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
It is evident from the record that on the earlier occasion, the applicant has approached this Court by filing a Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 17623 of 2020 and vide order dated 06.01.2021 the Division Bench of this Court has stayed the arrest of the applicant.
Under the circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
