Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Suman Jaiswal, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Desh Ratan Chaudhary, learned counsel for respondent no. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already been issued eligibility certificate of the Medical Council of India, which is necessary for getting admission in foreign institutions and, therefore, present writ petition is rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
