Prasad Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take a remedy against the fourth respondent under the provisions of the U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916 and also seek action against respondent Nos. 5 and 6 by approaching the concerned higher authorities. Petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed.
