Resolution of the Committee of Management dated 26.11.2018 is challenged on the ground that the claim of petitioner has not been considered by the Committee of Management.
Admittedly, the claim of petitioner for promotion is to be considered by the Regional Selection Committee. The competent authority is yet to take a decision in the matter.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to represent before the competent authority, which shall take a decision, in accordance with law, this petition is consigned to records.
