The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Mutation Case No. 1106 of 2016 (Mangra Devi vs. Barkhu) be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.1106 of 2016 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
