The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"I) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to removal illegal encroachment and possession over the Gaon Sabha land public utility land/ way arazi no.533 measuring area 0.0200 hectare situated in village Unchadih Pargana Mungra Tehsil Machhalishahar District Jaunpur from the possession of private respondents."
In case, the petitioner wants removal of illegal encroachment from a chak road, the remedy available to him by means of an application under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the Tehsildar concerned.
In view of the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed.
