JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that during the currency of this civil revision petition, the parties have settled the matter and consequently, the original suit was dismissed as withdrawn.
2. In view of the subsequent events relating to the withdrawal of the suit, nothing survives for adjudication in the civil revision petition. K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.
