(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) We have today admitted corresponding First Appeals however, on one limited question. Out of several questions raised, we have entertained only one legal contention of the appellant for consideration at the time of final hearing.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and limited ground on which the appeals are admitted, as also considering that the competent authority as well as appellate tribunal have ruled against the appellants, this Civil Applications are not required to be entertained. Same are therefore, dismissed.
