ORDER (Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu, by name, Suresh, aged 25 years, son of the petitioner.
2. It is represented on the side of the respondents that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody in connected with Crime No.1294 of 2017, Avadi Police Station and to that effect a copy of remand report is submitted, wherein it is clearly stated that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody.
3. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
In fine this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
