2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the compensation amount awarded in respect of 12 guntas land converted from agriculture to non-agriculture situated at Kengeri Hobli, Kengeri Village, Bangalore based on the documents executed by the petitioner for releasing of compensation amount with the respondents vide annexure-A.
4. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that suitable action on the representation dated 17.07.2018 submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
