Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.
Learned standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite party no. 1 and Sri P. K. Singh advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 to 5.
Issue notice to the opposite party nos. 5 and 7 returnable within two weeks. Steps within three days.
List this case along with Writ Petition No. 261 (M/S) of 2010 for admission immediately after two weeks. Each of the respondents may file counter affidavit on or before the date fixed. In the meantime further proceedings in regular suit no. 677 of 1985, Iran Ali and another Vs. Mangli Prasad and other pending in the Court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Gonda shall go on but the judgment shall not be passed.
