JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext.P1 assessment order passed by the 1st respondent is under challenge by way of statutory appeal preferred before the 2nd respondent. After considering the I.A. for stay, Ext.P2 came to be passed by the 2nd respondent, directing the petitioner to satisfy 1/3rd of the disputed liability, so as to avail the benefit of interim stay during pendency of the appeal. Ext.P3 demand notice made the petitioner to approach this Court by filing this writ petition.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner could not comply with the condition imposed by the appellate authority vide Ext.P2, because of some unforeseen circumstances and that the petitioner may be given some breathing time to comply with the same.
4. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, granting a further period of 'two weeks' to satisfy the WP(c). No. 28046 of 2014 2 condition imposed as per Ext.P2, so as to avail the benefit of interim stay.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition, before the 2nd respondent for further steps.
