Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by learned advocate for the applicant that the writ petitioner in Special Civil Application No.18095 of 2006 has expired and legal representatives of the writ petitioner is also senior citizen (76 years old), office is directed to list the writ petition being Special Civil Application No.18095 of 2006 in the cause list of Final Hearing in the week beginning from 9.7.2012.
The civil application is allowed and stands disposed of accordingly.
