This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 17.12.2018, registered as Case Crime No. 301 of 2018 under sections 5/26 Indian Forest Act, 1927 and 2/3 of Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act, 1984, P.S. Madihan, District Mirzapur.
It is submitted that FIR is malafidely motivated with a delay of one day due to village partybandi, name of the father of petitioner and his address is not correctly shown in the FIR, the same be quased.
Learned A.G.A, rightly submits that on above grounds, FIR cannot be quashed as cognizable offences are disclosed.
In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed.
