The prayer in this petition is to require the State-respondents to take action against the respondent no.6, who is a private individual, on account of his interference in the property rights of the petitioners.
As the dispute is between private individuals in respect of property rights, we decline to entertain this petition. The petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to institute a civil suit or take recourse to such other legal remedy, as may be advised.
