When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.347 of 2012 was completed and charge sheet was filed on 18.05.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, but the same has not yet been taken on file. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankvoil, to pass appropriate orders in the final report in Crime No.347 of 2012 expeditiously, if not already passed.
