Learned counsel for the parties agree that the Appeals have been heard by the Tribunal finally and judgment has been reserved.
In this view of the matter, we dispose of the present writ petitions with a direction that till the judgment is delivered by the Tribunal, the interim order granted by this Court on 4.5.2012 shall continue to operate. Notice discharged. Direct service is permitted.
