After hearing Mr.Dave, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and after taking into consideration the fact that one of the Members of the Tribunal is not available and the Tribunal is not in a position to sit till 1st June 2012 as submitted by Mr.Dave, we pass an interim order restraining respondent no.2 to keep the proceeding of the file in abeyance till 5th June 2012.
Direct service today for respondent no.2 is permitted.
