JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) By way of this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail for the purpose of construction of house.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, learned APP, Mr.Pandya, based on the report of Virpur Police Station, District-Kheda, has submitted that ground mentioned in the application is genuine.
From the jail remarks, we find that on earlier occasion, the applicant was enlarged on temporary bail and on furlough, he has surrendered to the jail authorities in time.
Considering the totality of the facts, it is ordered that the applicant shall be enlarged on temporary bail for a period of 2 weeks from the date of his actual release on personal bond of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) and one surety of like amount with further direction that he shall surrender to the jail authorities upon completion of temporary bail period. The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute.
